"FullSwift and Jesse Modica are incredible. I've had chronic shoulder pain for years, and Jesse's dry needling relieved it in a way nothing else ever has. The best PT I’ve been to. As a dentist I have lots issues with neck and back injuries. Jesse is the best with practical advice; not only recommending exercises at home but also practical recommendations and treatment in office to get you back up and running. In addition to the skill and knowledge the person behind the treatment is just as top notch. If you are looking for top tier evidenced based care with a gentle caring hand look no further than Jesse and Fullswift. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Jesse & his team are the cream of the crop. Until this year, I had only heard about the mastery that Jesse provides to his clients from his raving fan base. Then after an ankle fracture in late ‘22, I was able to experience it first hand. Jesse’s care & dedication to his trade are unparalleled. Thanks to Jesse, I was able to salvage the ski season and was back on the board in 12 weeks. Personal health is not to be taken for granted & I urge anyone in need of getting back on track from an injury to reach out to Jesse today!

I began seeing Jesse several days after back fusion surgery was scheduled for me to alleviate debilitating pain that was preventing me from walking more than 75 feet. Plus standing for more than a few minutes was impossible. I had nerve pain in my leg and butt. After two dry needling sessions with ET the pain subsided completely and over the next two months I've cancelled the surgery, went back to tennis, done some rigorous climbing and plan to go skiing. He's compassionate and he skillfully created a rigorous strengthening progam which I follow diligently. My friends and family who've watched my progress are amazed. As am I. I understand not everyone is going to get these kind of benefits. I was diagnosed with severe stenosis at L4, L5...

I had an outstanding experience with Fullswift who helped me avoid surgery! After 8 years with a nagging shoulder injury, I found myself unable to lift my arm one morning. My Ortho said I would need surgery, but told me I would have to do PT for 6 weeks before my insurance would pay for it. I went to Fullswift whose team took time to develop a plan for me and explain in detail how they believed it could get me going again, which I greatly appreciated. I stuck to their program and within a few months was doing weighted overhead presses again and my Ortho told me I was cured. Along the way, their team even taught me some general strength and mobility exercises that would benefit my overall fitness. And I could tell that they were also...
